lime juice
2 tbsp

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, squeeze in lime juice and whisk with oil and dressing mix. 
  2. Chop cucumber and slice cherry tomatoes in half. 
  3. Add greens, cucumber, tomatoes, and carrots to bowl; toss with dressing to combine. 
  4. Divide between 2 bowls to serve.
