  1. In a bowl or using an electric mixer on low, beat pudding mix with milk for 2 min.
  2. Cover and let chill for 10 min before serving. Serve with fresh berries, if desired.
Tips

Try with your choice of non-dairy milk. Top with fruit, layer in parfaits, or use in frozen desserts.

Mexican Chocolate Pudding: Add 12 tsp Cinnamon and a pinch of Chipotle Chili before mixing.

Mocha Pudding: Replace 1 cup milk with 1 cup chilled coffee.
